Please make the distinction between this and Evolving KDE very clear.
I'd very much aprechiate if you'd hold off with spreading this until
at least the end of the month when the first round of Evolving KDE
ends.

As for the content:
* It's very targeted at desktop users. But KDE is/wants to be more
than that. Take a look at the world around us and which devices people
are actually using all the time. And that is right now. It'll change
even more pretty rapidly.
* For some of the questions it wasn't clear to me why you're asking
them or what the actionable results would be once you have the answer
to them. Overall I think the goal of the survey needs to be better
understood/defined and then the questions adapted to that.
