Video Guidelines

At the behest of so many here, I have the user survey shelved for now, and
so I am looking to bump up the next thing in my pipeline for now.  With the
technical tutorials for video editing effectively completed, I'm looking
for a handful of people who would be interested in helping to create video
guidelines for official KDE videos so that we have something of
consistently good quality.  I have already started reaching out to the
visual design group to try to get their help with this endeavor.

Beyond the VDG and Promo teams, are there any other groups that have an
interest in this, or would be able to bring something to this?  I want to
make sure to involve everything who might need to be involved.

Beyond additional groups to contact, are there any people here who would be
interested in helping to create general guidelines for videos?
