I have seen this just now (vacation) and the whole paragraph about KTp is very much untrue, unfortunately. This release cycle there was actually little-to-no development in KTp, not at all in KCM (we don't have any anymore). The only work that actually got in and is somewhat worth mentioning is the KAccounts integration rewrite to be more robust and stable, but that's about it. I think I'd be happier if that whole KTp part was just removed but since it's already out...oh well.
