new dot article - Limux devs interview

Hey all,

I want to get a series of articles going like the Krita artist interviews
but for users of Plasma / core KDE apps.

I wrote to the Limux devs who were kind enough to answer some questions.

This article needs a bit more work before it's ready. I need to flesh out
the intro, and some of the interview bit aren't ideal promo content.
