Re: KDE Neon and how to handle this?

Ok.  Fair.  But the KDE eV board *did* make a statement about this.

"The voting is over and the membership was clear in that KDE can have
a distribution and that the KDE Neon team is well-suited to do this
task. The board is committed to help the project move forward and put
everything at hand to make it happen."

Which even makes it sounds like the board has direct involvement.  I
mean.  That's a pretty clear statement from the board that Neon is the
KDE distro.  Is this statement wrong?  (I'm not trying to be
argumentative here... just trying to sift through the contradicting
statements I'm getting.)

Who would be the right person to make a statement about this?
