It's good to see you looking into this! :)
You need to get the sources over here [1] by calling "git clone
git://anongit.kde.org/websites/timeline-kde-org.git" then have the
js/languages.xml file translated [2], if you look into it you'll see
what's to be done.
Then you can either send a patch here or the updated file and we'll
look into merging it.

translation team: KDE Catalan translation team <[email protected]>
If you have technical quesitons, don't hesitate to ask here further.
