I removed the "discontinued" part, left the "ported to KDE Frameworks 5" since 
people in forums regularly ask about that for several apps.

I tried that, it looks really terrible layouting wise, either the image is too 
small and you see nothing or it's too big and the text on the left is really 
really empty, will try again but can't commit to change it.
