Yes it was, everything with the "Custom Policy" badge in the Akademy 
phabricator is.

It has not been deleted. I can still perfectly see the contents of 
https://phabricator.kde.org/T5625

You can't see it because your privileges have been revoked since you put a 
private discussion in a public maling list.
