The Indalo is a prehistoric symbol that was discovered in the cave of "Los Letreros" near Almería. The Indalo has become to all practical effects the symbol of Almería and can be found everywhere in the city, on posters, stickers, keychains, etc. The legend is that the Indalo is a spirit or ghost that can carry a rainbow in its hands. It is considered lucky. Although I am not sure what we can use it for yet (suggestions welcome) I think T-shirts with that image would sell well. -- Antonio Larrosa
