So it's flat colour design on the T-shirts. Got it. It seems that cut-out 
stickers are the best and easiest option then.

Mugs would be very nice. Is there a way we can get people to pre-order? This 
would give us an idea of the demand and if it makes sense to get the mugs made 
at all. If demand is reasonable, we can also make a few more for people who 
want to buy mugs at the event.
