You phrased your message poorly, then. I would be more careful in the future.

I have this thing which asks me to confirm before sending messages. After 
that, I have to type in a long, complicated password which I often get wrong 
the first time around. It is annoying, but it gives me time to decide whether 
I really want to send a message or not.

Often, after getting the password wrong twice in a row, I realise that I am 
just sleep-deprived and that I should probably put off sending until tomorrow.

When a new day comes, that really important matter that bugged me so badly I 
was compelled to write a strongly-worded email? Doesn't seem half as important 
any more.
