As an example, we get requests from people to have their accounts
deleted after they've finished using them (probably about 10 or so a
year). In some instances they've only made 1 or 2 posts on the forum
or created a single bug report. I'm not keen to give this sort of
person any further ammunition.

(I strongly dislike the people who make these requests because they
take a good hour or so to action and i've better things to do)
