URGENT Promo Material in US Sizes?

Hi,

I was wondering if there are promo materials like brochures and
posters sized for US printing (e.g., brochures in US letter instead of
A4, posters in inches instead of A3). If all you have is sources of
material in ISO sizes, I could try to modify them.
