UNBREAK NOW (1 of 6): Overhaul of KDE.org

Hello Fellow Promoers,

These are a series of important things we are going to start working on now. 
These are things we discussed in the sprint and were deemed as WE MUST DO, but 
we haven't got round to yet for one reason or another.

First off: KDE.org.

At the sprint we agreed to 

	1. Create site map
	2. Write content
	3. Look for graphics
	4. Build the basic site

As for 1, using what was talked about here: https://phabricator.kde.org/T7847, 
we can start by building a skeleton map we can later add to, remove from, and 
change stuff as we see fit.

I'll start with the map here: https://phabricator.kde.org/T8162. You can chip 
in later.

2, 3, and 4 we can tackle later.
