We want to release on the 22nd of March, probably around 11 in the morning 
(CET). We've already done the release notes:

And prepared an updated press pack with assets:

The main new things are:

* SVG Format for Vector Tools
* New Text Tool 
* Python Scripting with lots of example scripts: the Comic Book Project 
Management Tools are particularly impressive
* New Brush pack by David Revoy of Pepper and Carrot fame (http://
peppercarrot.com/)
* Colorize Mask Tool for easy filling in of lineart
* Performance improvements for the pixel brush, and quality improvements for 
the smudge brush.

Oh wait, that's six... And I haven't even mentioned masked brushes yet :-)
