We've already done the release notes: https://krita.org/en/krita-4-0-release-notes/ And prepared an updated press pack with assets: https://files.kde.org/krita/marketing/4.0/krita-4.0-press-pack.zip The main new things are: * SVG Format for Vector Tools * New Text Tool * Python Scripting with lots of example scripts: the Comic Book Project Management Tools are particularly impressive * New Brush pack by David Revoy of Pepper and Carrot fame (http:// peppercarrot.com/) * Colorize Mask Tool for easy filling in of lineart * Performance improvements for the pixel brush, and quality improvements for the smudge brush. Oh wait, that's six... And I haven't even mentioned masked brushes yet :-) -- Boudewijn Rempt | https://www.valdyas.org | https://www.krita.org
