if you mean they bi-weekly Promo group meetings, they are not on a calendar 
yet, as, so far, there have not been any scheduling complications.

We have held three meeting so far and the logs are available from the

Promo Team Resources/Meetings/

folder on share. They are also posted to this mailing list right after the 
meeting.

The next meeting will be held on 17th of October at 17:30 CEST. It would be 
great if you could join.
