2018) bi-weekly Promo Team meeting.

Main points:

- Promo work subgroups and easy tasks

	"Brigading! Videos!!!! Other stuff!!!!!!"

	We decided to:

	* Move data from task https://phabricator.kde.org/T8258 to wiki, maybe 
https://community.kde.org/Promo/People/Join
	* Improve https://community.kde.org/Promo/People/Join
	* Re-open Promo Team Resources > Marketing Strategy > BeginnerTasks.odt	
	* Remind people of subgroups so they can update or remove their adherence

- Merch

	"What to do when people ask for stuff?"

	We decided to:

	* Tackle at some other time, when we have more attendees at the meeting
      * Adriaan clarified later what the situation is, and we agreed to write 
down some clear and unambiguous instructions for contributors so there were no 
more communication problems

- KDE at 22

	"What are we going to do?!!?!?!"

	We decided to:

	* To be discussed and acted on over the next days
