That's not exactly how it works. KDE as an org doesn't have stickers and
stuff which "they" send out -- instead people who intend to meet up at some
gathering, or set one up, decide what they need, ask for help designing
whatever they need (maybe), get a quote for printing/creating/reserving
whatever, and ask the Board to approve funds. Then that person or committee
spends the money for stickers/banners/booth, gathers their volunteers and
tweets/blogs the heck out of it, while smiling smiling smiling and talking
with folks.

It's fun! But it is also Do It Yourself. So make a Phab task, provide the
Promo team with the dates/places/phab links and network, network, network
among your own contacts and their contacts - including KDE India.
