Hello, We have scheduled a BoF at Akademy on the 9th (Monday) from 10:30 to 12:30. https://community.kde.org/Akademy/2019/Monday#Room_U1-02_-_9th_September We are holding it in one of the smaller rooms in the U1 building -- only 97 seats! Seriously though, it is not likely you'll have to reserve your space.
