I've had the dot-editors@ list shut down and discussion of stories can
happen here and on promo matrix channel

I've synced up the sames of editors at
https://community.kde.org/Promo/Dot
and in reality in the Dot drupal.

Still waiting on Kenny and Thomas P to confirm if they still want on it or
not.

Mind that new editors should be discussed with existing editors, we control
the rights of who can get promoted, it shouldn't go through sysadmin.
