Promo's support for KDE booth at QtWS 2019

Hi all,

Kai, Nico and me man the KDE booth at QtWS 2019. I'm unhappy with the
support we get for that from Promo.

Last two weeks Kai did most of the organizational work around it.
Coming back from some conferences I'm trying to now join him on doing
that. On 11th October he asked in the Promo IRC/Telegram channel for
some flyers.

The reply was that this having three weeks to prepare flyers would be
"too tight". I disagree and I think in general Promo should have been
more proactive and willing in supporting us three developers with
preparing and setting up the booth. Besides Carl of course (who is
apparently half in Promo half not) who created some designs for us.

We still have two full weeks left till QtWS 2019. This is one week for
Promo to create a flyer and another one for them to send the prints to
KDE e.V. office in Berlin where we then can pick them up. Can Promo
manage to do this now?
