Hey Roman, Ignoring rudeness for now. Did you make a task under https://phabricator.kde.org/T8043 and invite Promo people to it? What is the rationale behind attending the event? What targets do you intend to work towards at the event? How do you intend to achieve them? Which of Promo's goals (https://community.kde.org/Promo%27s_Long_Term_Goals) do they fit in with? Also, please bear in mind most of the time Promo members are not sitting around idly waiting for you to come along and give us work. You can always help ease the load by lending a hand with the open tasks at https:// phabricator.kde.org/tag/kde_promo/ when you have a second. If we do find this a worthy Promo activity, it will go in the queue and wait its turn like everything else. If that is not good enough for you, you know how it goes: if you want something done, it is often best if you do it yourself... or at least initiate it yourself and then come to Promo with at least half an idea of what you want -- which is what most people do when it comes to making materials for an event.
