call to talk about roles and responsibilities

Hey folks :)

Different people seem to have different expectations of promo - what
it does, how it does it, for whom, etc. These different expectations
inevitably lead to unmet expectations and unhappiness because someone
didn't do what someone else thinks is obvious but didn't articulate
and so on. The board has worked over the past months with the e.V.
working groups on clarifying their roles and responsibilities. This
helped everyone get a shared understanding and make roles and
responsibilities explicit. I believe a similar process would be very
helpful for promo. The first step would be a call where we go over a
bunch of questions around the topic of roles and responsibilities and
talk them through. I will prepare those.
