KDE supported the global climate strike on September 20th. There is a vote --
or at least a vote discussion -- ongoing about future support for such
activities. Because that vote would conclude **after** the November 29th
strike, the board feels that a decision needs to be taken regarding the
proposal for the 29th.

For consistency with the previous action, the board decides to support the
climate strike for November 29th.

We feel that "flip-flopping" on this action in the case of a "yes" outcome of
the vote, is a worse scenario than supporting twice and then deciding "no" in
the future.

So: web-folks, please prepare the web sites for a banner-style climate strike
like we did last time. Promo, please schedule at least one notice that KDE
supports the global climate strike.

PS. CCs to various people involved in preparing this the last time.
