Hello Enrique,

Congratulations on an event that year after year offers people a way into Free 
Software.

Regarding swag, we do not store stickers or flyers, as KDE members usually 
print what we need for each event.

The logistics of printing and paying for the stickers is usually handled by 
the people attending the event. They then send invoices of the expenses to the 
KDE e.V. Board and get a reimbursement.

Like this we have managed to have promotional materials in events all over the 
world without incurring in expensive and polluting transport. I am sure we can
