That this terminal profile option does not work in Yakuake
is a bug in the Konsole KPart, see
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=169058

Technically it doesn't work in Dolphin, either; the only
reason it appears to work in Dolphin is because Dolphin
sends a new path to the KPart when the directory changes
in the file view, and opens a new terminal on the current
path of the file view.
