What is ktouchpadenabler?
ktouchpadenabler is a kded daemon that listens to the 
XF86XK_TouchpadToggle/XF86XK_TouchpadOn/XF86XK_TouchpadOff key presses and 
toggles/enables/disables your touchpad accordingly.
