New extragear category: "Speech"

Hi everybody,

after getting approval on the kde-community and kde-core-devel lists,
there is now a new category in KDE'S extragear: "Speech".

It will contain projects dealing with all kinds of speech processing:
recognition, analysis, transcription tools, etc.

The new category (empty, thus far), can be found here:
