https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=293604 --- Comment #8 from Martin Birgmeier <[email protected]> --- (In reply to Max Brazhnikov from comment #7) Well, originally the PR was about a request to make pulseaudio optional for plasma6-kinfocenter. This has not been addressed. Maybe another solution would be to remove kinfocenter from _USE_PLASMA6_ALL, from where it is referenced in x11/plasma6-plasma; or to make that optional there. The PR has then somewhat diverged to a question about "how to install all of KDE". I assume this has popped up because if one tries to do this, kinfocenter will automatically be installed. Currently, to install "all of KDE" (or most of it), I basically manually revert the effect of 24326063f8e2, by installing, in addition to x11/kde, also - accessibility/kdeaccessibility - deskutils/kdepim - games/kdegames - graphics/kdegraphics - misc/kdeedu - misc/kdeutils - multimedia/kdemultimedia - net/kdenetwork - sysutils/kdeadmin Again, this will get me pulseaudio via plasma6-plasma. This is why I wrote that it would be nice to again have a meta-port for "all of KDE" - originally, x11/kde served that purpose. Please decide for yourself whether you want to close this PR. -- Martin -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
