Jesper Schmitz Mouridsen <[email protected]> has asked freebsd-kde (group) <[email protected]> for maintainer-approval: Bug 292376: devel/qt6-base: Regression in 6.10.1: qbittorrent crashes after the update https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=292376 Attachment 269936: **not sure what to portrevsion bump here** build qt6-base with -Bsymbolic-functions, and workaround lto issue in consumers. https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=269936&action=edit --- Comment #27 from Jesper Schmitz Mouridsen <[email protected]> --- Created attachment 269936 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=269936&action=edit **not sure what to portrevsion bump here** build qt6-base with -Bsymbolic-functions, and workaround lto issue in consumers. Followed comment about WITH_PIE (thanks) it takes some additional CMakeLists.txt changes for cmake and ld though. But I included that as well. I am really not sure how much the qt6-base portrevision bump will trigger rebuilds of all consumers?? and/or users of pkg update? In other words should all consumers be port revision bumped after this? /Thanks Jsm
