Enable wayland greeter backend and leave VT_PROCESS to seatd

requires newer seatd [1] (both changes since 0.9.3)

The pam environment is used correctly so pam_xdg is added to session for the
greeter. 
Add sddm to the video group. (the group of the seatd.sock)
Use the sddm.conf from my other comment above to test the wayland backend with
labwc.
so make sure labwc is installed.
Not tested without seatd.
