Overview:
sysutils/plasma6-discover "Installed" page is able to show only packages th=
at
have been just upgraded through it, and only until the program is running; =
once
closed and re-opened it shows nothing again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Discover when there are pkg upgrades.
2. Go to "Installed" page: it shows nothing.
3. Upgrade packages that have a new version available (using Discover).
4. Once everything is upgraded, go to "Installed" page again: it now shows a
list of the packages that have been just upgraded.
5. Close Discover and open it again: the "Installed" page shows nothing aga=
in.

Actual Results:
Discover is not able to show installed packages but those it just upgraded,=
 and
just until its current instance has not been terminated.

Expected Results:
Since it is able to get and show information about the packages that it has
just upgraded it should be able to retrieve these infos every time, for oth=
er
installed packages too.
