Any plans to add handwritting OCR recognition to KDE?

I have just read that is possible to implement it, but did not find a way
of adding it to my Pinetab.

I really do not need it, but I think it would be a great selling point to
have cross - application handwriting capabilities in the Steam Deck,
Pinetab, and future KDE tablets.
