KDE wallet goes nuts when disabled

I am troubleshooting an issue and disabled KDE Wallet in the app, but
the computer temperature got hot and viewing the running services
showed something was continually calling on it multiple times a second
(log snippet given below).

Without fully uninstalling the wallet, any idea what service is
calling the wallet, and how to disable this?
