"update available" button in the tray shows updates but neither discovery nor zypper shows them to be installed. Opensuse Tumbleweed.

Hi the update button shows updates available although there aren't. This no 
matter if I search for them with the default program or with zypper. 

Substantially the icon is frozen on updates available. 

Is there an index or something that can be reset to restore normal behavior?
