Unencrypted connections in akregator.

Hi all,

I am using akregator as my mail reader on debian 13 "Trixie". I have notice=
d that it is fetching feeds through unencrypted connections. (Feed url has =
https part) Is it a debian bug or kde doesn't implemented https in it's fee=
d reader?

I checked it that through status bar in akregator that tells whether a conn=
ection is encrypted or in plain text. However after that I checked it throu=
gh I used ``tcpdump`` and scanned traffic on port 80 while fetching the fee=
ds no out, on the other hand on 443 it is showing some connections. I would=
 like to mention that it is my first time using any networking tool, and I =
followed some article from the net. So maybe I am doing it wrong. But if tr=
affic is going through port 443 and is encrypted, shouldn't this count as a=
 bug? I would also appreciate if you guys could try to replicate and confir=
m, or deny it on your machine.
