Re: kmail searching mails not possible

Hey,

you have to install baloo from debian stable (the package is simply called 
baloo not baloo4). The problem here is that baloo (< 5) is not coinstallable 
with baloo (>5 in testing/unstable). Thats why you have to select either 
search working in mails or no indixing of files. 

With kdepim5 (currently in experimental) this problem is solved, there the 
package you need is called akonadi-search.
