I think there will be an option to choose between thumbnail view on bottom or 
on the left, but the default will be on bottom, so that you can make more use 
of the URL bar. As for the scrolling direction of the thumbnail view, 
in "thumbs and image" mode, the view will only be one row high so the content 
will scroll horizontally.
