Aurelien, Lubos is there a reason why mPixPath.isNull() should be true?
[angelo@gandalf KDE]$ gwenview /home/angelo/tmp/gv_crash
ASSERT: "subjobs.isEmpty()" in thumbnailloadjob.cpp (567)
gwenview: thumbnailloadjob.cpp:102: void Gwenview::ThumbnailThread::load(const QString&, time_t, int, const QString&, const QString&, const QString&, int, bool): Asserzione `mPixPath.isNull()' fallita.
KCrash: Application 'gwenview' crashing...

I'm not expert in it, just returning instad asserting makes it going on without
doing thumbnail. It should be a way not to die even if there's something wrong...
