Well something has been committed, the right answer to your question
sounds like "it depends on what you changed" :)
Anyway SVN helps you a lot in merging so you can try to update your changes
there. If i'm not wrong from svn log 607587 should be that 1.4.1 tag.
you can have file changes from there with svn diff for instance.
