As Angelo said, website is outdated: kde3 code has been moved from trunk to 
branches/kde3. Will update website.

KDE3 version of Gwenview has not changed a lot, I am almost sure your patch 
will apply cleanly.

KDE4 version of Gwenview is more of a rewrite than a port. The user interface 
is a bit different, but I intend to keep the fullscreen part similar. Right 
now the fullscreen toolbar has not reached feature equivalence with 1.4.

KDE4 version of Gwenview is no longer in extragear, it has moved to 
kdegraphics. So if you want to give it a look, be sure to checkout 
kdegraphics.
