Bugs on OpenSuSe 10.3

Hello,

I want to tell that the Gwenview does not see the KIPI
plugins. It is installed on my system but when I use
by example images2mpg I get also an error; 

Merging MPEG flux...
**ERROR: [mplex] Unable to open file
1194991133.tmp.m2v for reading.

I think this has something to do with my tmp
directory.


Other programs also can not make use of the mpg plugin
to encode 

This was what I currently have for bugs.
