I will have a look at it tomorrow I think. But I changed a few things in 
the API which probably broke your patch: ImageMetaInfo is now known as 
ImageMetaInfoModel. Should be easy to fix I think.

I also plan to make Document provide a pointer to an instance of 
ImageMetaInfoModel instead of directly accessing the exiv2::Image 
instance. This should simplify your code a bit more.
