bug showing/hiding menubar

Hello,

Last week I didn't follow this list a lot, but I see on SVN log some
changes on menu bar:

I found a couple of bugs (probably the same one):
1.- Going to Full Screen Mode and then exiting full screen mode, menu
bar is not coming again (with update Gwenview from SVN, without my
patch)

2.- Execute gwenview: I have the menu bar. But then I can click on
Settings - Show Menu Bar (should be enabled, is disabled) and nothing
happends. After it, if I go again it's correctly hidden. I guess that
mShowMenuBarAction is not setup correctly or in time (about line 355 in
app/mainwindow.cpp, always is False and sometimes should not be false)

I wanted to take a look but I think that Aurelien or Ilya will catch it
before than me :-)
