Hello,

Some time ago I said I would split the ThumbnailView class, so that it's
more maintainable and to make it easier to implement the thumbnail bar
Ilya is working on.

I just did it. Here is a summary of the changes:
- thumbnailview.* and abstractthumbnailviewhelper.* have been moved to
lib/thumbnailview/
- The item delegate has been moved to its own file:
lib/thumbnailview/previewitemdelegate.*

My goal is to insulate ThumbnailView from PreviewItemDelegate, making it
possible to set a different delegate on a ThumbnailView instance. To do
so I still need to move the signaling code handling the thumbnail
speedbar from ThumbnailView to PreviewItemDelegate. I should have time
to do this today.
PreviewItemDelegate still needs to know about ThumbnailView (ie: it
doesn't work with a regular QListView), but I don't think it's a problem.

Ilya: I am quite sure these changes are going to break your work, sorry
about that. You will need to "port" them to the latest code, but I
suggest you don't do so until I am completely done with making
ThumbnailView independant of PreviewItemDelegate.

Regards,
Aurélien
