Re: scrolling with arrow keys

I am indeed using Kubuntu.  Settings/Configure Shortcuts  >within< Gwenview, you say?  I'll have a look at that. 
This is really frustrating when all I want to do is move the cursor and I end up rotating the image :) (arg!!! Especially when I instinctively hit Enter on that confirmatory dialog asking if I want to saved it that way).  

Is there a way (with the new kde4 nepomuk) that I can comment on images without changing the actual files?  Can I do this for Gwenview on KDE 3 as well?

I guess you are using Ubuntu. They "improved" Gwenview shortcut config in a very
strange way... You can either rebuild Gwenview from source :( or change the
shortcuts using "Settings / Configure shortcuts..."
