Because kipi-plugins are into extragear project at the moment and don't
follow KDE release plan.

I experience some problems lik that with some graphic cards and not
with others. Are you using kipi-plugins 1.0.0?
Can you open a bug report against kipi-plugins printwizard and explain=20
how you get it? (maybe hw you have)
