Automatic reload of images in slideshow mode

Hi all, my first mailing to the list.

I have an old laptop with a shared folder of images that display a slidesho=
w with Gwenview on a large screen. Whenever someone adds images to the fold=
er I have to stop, and the restart the slideshow for new images to load. Is=
 there a way to either load new images automatically, or remotely reload th=
e folder?
