which one to translate?

I might have some time next week.
I went to http://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kde4/he/index.php to
choose a file for translation, but couldn't get to a decision which
part is more important.
My top candidates are
kdelibs
kdebase
kdeedu
kdepim/kdepimlibs
any ideas here? (please נמק הסבר ופרט ...)
BTW, why are some files end with .po and the other .pot?
