Cannot make text right-aligned in Kate

On Kubuntu 9.04 beta, with KDE 4.2 I have set "Enhanced support for
languages written right-to-left" in Qt settings, however, I still
cannot make text right-align in Kate. I checked in Journal (from
Kontact) and it _does_ work. What could be the problem with Kate?
